About

This is for those looking for a personalised experience with no other guests. An owner-operated Private Blue Mountains tour. You'll get off the beaten track and explore further as this is not your typical tour as you'll have your own experienced driver showcasing the best regions. 

We offer a great deal of diversity on this tour showcasing the various aspects of the area you may not have expected. We go deep into the national park away from the groups and listen to nothing but the birds and native wildlife. Our theory is that its not just about the sights, but also the smells and especially the sounds. You won't believe how relaxing you'll feel (as other guests have) once you're immersed in the valley away from the crowds. The title is no mistake we really do escape the crowds. 

Views

From the deep valleys and rainforests to standing on the edge overlooking magnificent valleys the diversity will take your breath away. Start with a coffee break in the lower Blue Mountains then get set for what can only be described as breathtaking views. Take in scenery including waterfalls, valleys and wildlife spotting. 

Visit a quaint village or go for a cafe lunch. Then continue to even more scenes. Sure we'll visit the must see aspects of the mountains however what we do is explore beyond the basics to give you a truly unique experience you'll never forget. 

We've optimised the destinations to coincide with the natural light and obtaining the best photographic opportunities as per time of day. 

Itinerary

For private bookings, we do offer flexibility therefore itineraries are subject to change.

8:00 AM - Hotel departure from Sydney en-route to the west, we'll discuss if you'd like to visit Featherdale Wildlife Park or continue to the lower mountains for a stop at Glenbrook where we can grab a coffee and stroll through the village. Then we head to the upper mountains to Lincoln's Rock where we introduce the main attraction of the region, The Jamison Valley. For the adventurous we hike the trails surrounding Wentworth Falls. Time permitting we may squeeze another stop for views of the three sisters or by this time we are considering a lunch break. Laura & Katoomba offer numerous choices for lunch either Pub Lunch, Cafe or something quick. The afternoon we're heading to the three sisters at echo point however there are numerous ways we approach this depending on your preferences for walking and stairs. Beyond this we head to Cahill's lookout overlooking the Megalong Valley and by this time you not only have a pretty good understanding of the layout of the region but you've seen so much more than a mass produced tour, we know we used to run them. Time permitting, we continue west for Govetts Leap / Evans Lookout for Grose Valley Views. 

Flexibility

Our guests love the flexibility we offer where the tour is in your hands. We do have a number of destinations on our agenda however what you'll have is the opportunity to explore at your leisure without the need to rush back to the vehicle. We have clear conversations about what can be achieved during your day and continually update this with you based on your preferences. You have complete control of which key attractions you'd like to visit or more importantly NOT visit.

Please note, flexibility may affect the ability to visit all discussed attractions​.

This late start experience is ideal for same day flight arrivals & guests with limited time looking to cover key areas of the mountains within less time. You'll be surprised how much can be achieved on this tour as the variety of stops gives you a good range of perspectives as we explore the various vantage points far exceeding what you'll find on a bus tour.

We've designed this tour to cover key areas in a condensed format in less time, no need for a full day tour. You’ll see the best the area has to offer in the comfort and privacy of your own touring vehicle with no others. Departure 12:00 PM. 

Views

Take in spectacular views overlooking the Jamison Valley from various perspectives. Start your visit from Lincoln’s rock overlooking the Jamison valley from the east. Then enjoy a scenic hike through Wentworth falls where you may just spot some of the local wildlife. Spend time at Leura for lunch and meander through the local shops. See the majestic Three sisters from Echo Point. Afterwards time permitting see over the western edge of the mountains from Cahills lookout and Boars Head. Return to Sydney to destination of Choice within the CBD, cruise terminal or airport.
